. Is it possible you need to LOWER your dose of parnate? 30 mgs n=might be fine if you are not depressed right now.
I hadn't thought of that but would be very hesitant to try it (unless pdoc suggests it) because all the ingredients that would trigger a relapse of my depression are there now--my life circumstances, which involve strong frustrations about having to do a job I hate, not having enough money to return to the U.S. now, etc.I'm just praying the drug is not pooping out on me. It never did in the past.
> A question for you. I think I saw in an old post that you had restarted parnate after some time away from it. Why did you stop and resart? Was it poop-out and then it worked again later?
You remember well--it was back in the early part of last year, the Parnate was doing fine but I had to return to the U.S. every year for a new supply. So I decided to discontinue it and try one of the newer generation ADs (Remeron) that's available where I live (Thailand). That's when my troubles started. I should never have gone off the Parnate then, had I known all I know now about other ADs and what severe depression feels like.
