Hi,
I'm at 150 effexor and doing ok as far as sexual dysfunction. Orgasm a little less intense, but I'm ok with it. (It took me a while to get to this point. Months of tolerating side effects.)
My doc wants me to go up to 187 or 225. He says that because I'm over 150 and norepinephrine action is on more than serotonic, sexual dysfunction shouldn't get worse.
Any experience with this? I'd be grateful for any input.
