I'm new so I don't know if this has been discussed yet. I started taking Effexor about 2 months ago and my doc warned me not to drink at all while taking it. Unfourtunatly, in the last 2 weeks I have wanted to drink all the time. I am wondering if the Effexor could be causing this and why you are not suppossed to drink while taking it ( what will happen?) I felt like the Effexor might be working for me for a while but I have been depressed the last 2 weeks. I don't know if I am creating a bad cycle here. It is really bothering me that I have been drinking every night for the last 8 days. Anyone had a similar experience or advice?
