Hey All, just wanted to share my experience and see if anybody can draw anything from it?!
I have been taking Effexor extended release 225mg and Lithium 600mg for 10 months, after a number of meds haven't worked. I am finally functioning again!
It's a strong combination, and works for me, with few side-effects...
Constipation (duphalac does the trick)
Weight gain (minimal compared to olanzapine!)
Has anyone else had the same success? Any future problems I need to be aware of?I have been engaging in deliberate self harm (DSH) for 2 years, and the Lithium has made me stop. Nothing else has helped on that front.
Anyone else had similar experiences?Thanx for your feedback (if any!) and wish everyone the best.
