How long have you taken Lithium?

How long have you taken Lithium and how do you feel?

I've been a happy Eskalith CR, 900 mg. camper for exactly 30 years (took 1,200 mg for the first decade) and feel great especially since I gave up smoking 6 months ago.

Wondering if I can make it to my 90's like the maternal side of the family! Still surfing the Australian Search engines because they have been using Lithium longer.
