Most nights I wake up due to the need to pee, and I can never get back to sleep after this. I don't drink anything but the sip to take the sleep pills down with at night, and take all my Parnate early in the morning. It's not a problem during the day, but I find that I'll pee, not drink anything, and need to pee an hour later. Any suggestions?

I'm no expert on peeing but your post has to be one of the more intersting ones I've seen. I'm presently taking Parnate (40 mg) myself. First, I'm curious--what sleep meds are you taking? Are you drinking enough water during the day so as not to get dehydrated? Have you spoken about this whole weird situation with your pdoc?
