I've been on Fluoxetine for almost two months now. My dr. wants me to remain at 10mg. for another four weeks. I need something to get rid of this derealization, sadness, and lack of motivation. I'm wondering if the Wellbutrin plus Fluoxetine combo. will help with these symptoms. I will see my dr. again on Friday, and I'm looking forward to hopefully getting her to prescribe the Wellbutrin or Provigil.

So I decided to wait on it. I would recommend by my own experience that you take Prozac for at least 6 weeks before you add the WB if your not already on it. I think you said you were. The Prozac did make me anxiety prone the first few weeks. Xanex 0.25mg helped during that rough period. I started the WB SR 100mg. No intial anxiety, just a lot of energy. It also makes me not hungry, which I guess is a good thing. I could lose a few lbs. I take 40 mg Prozac with the 100mg WB in the morning. It seems like this may be the combo I needed.
