I am sorry you are having such a difficult time with finding the right combination of meds. I can't give you any advice because I have treatment resistant depression. I am currently on Parnate, which worked well at the beginning. The doctor augmented it with Lithium but I couldn't take the side effect. I am just withdrawing from it and he has suggested Lamitcal to augment the Parnate.
However, my question is what is derealization. I know what OCD is. I have a nephew suffering with it. He is only 21 and thinks everyone is trying to poison him.
The best of luck and hang in there. It will be over soon.
