I just reposted something above that I posted nearly six monts ago, I think fish oil is good, but it is not the holy grail. Don't stop with the meds, cause after you coast out the time it takes for them to wear off you'll find out they were doing something. All these meds are way better at preventing depression than they are at curing it. Fish oil isn't what we want it to be. It just helps a little.
