I am taking Lamictal, 200mg daily. I think if your depression is gone and you are getting a negative side effect. Cut back, just a bit. Take control of your dose. Its your head. There is no magic in 100mg a day. Take what works for you. Stay at the new dose and see what happens. You can up the dose later, if you decide. If you do, you will know if its the Lamictal making you anxious. I have felt the racing thoughts from it on some days. You have to go slow. After I had been on it awhile someone on this site told me that if you don't take your dose in halves every twelve hours you get a headache at the 19 hour mark. Maybe you already knew. The doctor or the pharmacist never mentioned anything to me. They don't take it, they know what we tell them. Good luck.
