How to phase out Nardil

I'm going off Nardil for 2 minor medical procedures. As few non-pdocs have even heard of MAOIs (exageration), both surgeons want me off Nardil for the procedures.

I will go back on afterwards.

But how do I tirate down from 75 mg without too many reactions? How long? thx
