I was taking 15 mg. BuSpar along with 40 mg. of Celexa for about 6 months. I did not have 1 panic attack. I was a bit drowsy and needed more sleep, but if I wasn't also on the Celexa I know that woudn't have been a problem. A little dizziness is to be expected, but it's not a big deal. It's worth it if you want to feel calmer. It did help a lot with my panic and anxiety. I could even drive down a long dark road at night! I'd say, give it a try if you're not already on it. :)
