Your welcome. Sometimes they're a God send, but unfortunately we're way past that point (and so is my boyfriend's weight). I still start out wearing them--along with taking Sonata or Ambien, but usually end up in a different bed. He's just train-wreck loud, I'm afraid. And I do hear pauses in his breathing. He had something called "snore-plasty" which did nothing but give him a nasty, raw bleeding throat for weeks. He needs to deal with the sleep apnea (and a few hundred other things) first. We are sort of breaking up now, but the sleeping/snoring thing has been unfortunate, because it is nice to be able to sleep with the one you love. I really miss it. I'ts very kind of you to be lulling your husband to sleep while he snores his way into your dreams!

Anyway, I'm sure the Ambien will help you. I don't remember ever sleeping well. I've often wanted to go to a sleep clinic.
