I'm glad it's working for you. I do best when I avoid carbs, too.

Well, I don't know why you'd associate anxiety with a website (wink). Just do some things that normally calm you down. A hot bath. Scented candles. You know the drill.

I'm not in agreement that Atkins was a quack. Read:
