Yep...tried all of that. I found it really helps but not as well as taking Diflucan every day (a smaller dosage than what is normally prescribed for a yeast infection). It's weird how I stumbled on the Diflucan...we're supposed to take it once & all of our symptoms go away, right? I happened to have an infectious disease dr as my primary. I complained about my fatigue & had just done research on CFS & the overabundance of yeast. Although I don't have an infectious disease, she said the daily doses of Diflucan are usually prescribed for auto immune deficient people, but what they hey...It really works! I'm not doing jumping jacks 24/7 but I feel much better...my digestive system works better, never prone to yeast infections, just irritation, but that's gone too. It has really worked for me.
Like I said, I found the lactic acid helpful, but the Diflucan has been by far the best.
Hope it works out well for you
