I did a quick Internet search on Serzone and all I could find was that it is chemically UNrelated to SSRI's, tricyclics and MAOI's. I don't know what it works on, but I bet one of the knowledgeable people on here will answer you.

I would also add that there can be serious liver problems from Serzone and from what I read, it interacts with A LOT of different meds. Sounds like a "use with caution" type med to me.
