Most SSRIs are pretty similar.

I deliberately choose fluoxetine because it's patent has expired and cheap generics are available.

I always do a self pay price check on a med before I consider trying it, to make sure that I could continue if I lost insurance.

And I let my doctors (not just pdocs) know that I want off-patient generic medications unless there is overwheleming evidence that some propriatery med is justified.

> I honestly don't know what I am going to do when my 2 month supply of Celexa runs out.(when i got off it for just two days i majorly CRASH!) I have no insurance now and honestly dont make enuff to pay out of pocket..anyone know of a cheap insurance i can buy into? or something?
