Centrepointe do a series of tapes/cds which are meant to invoke a deep state of meditation. They do!!. However having thought about it I would only recommend them if you are stable or well on the way to recovery. They do appear to bring up a lot of emotions, many pleasant but some are uncomfortable. They send you information about this and it is ok, but not I think if you are in a very bad state.
