Hydrocodone with no other ingredients is a schedule II drug, same as oxycontin, whereas mixed with tylenol (vicodin, lortab, etc.) it is only schedule III. You can get it in the US if a doctor will prescribe it for you. To be filled, you must go to a 'compounding' pharmacy. They can measure out the drug and put it in capsules.
