I don't know if it would help a unipolar depressive as well. It doesn't zonk you out like an AP can. Doesn't cause startup agitation like an SSRI. I still couldn't do lithium monotherapy and feel relief from depression. It just went from "moderate" to "mild".

i hear zyprexa works for depression, but doesn't seem to be doing too much for me
...i wonder if lithium would do more for the depression, and interfere less with ritalini wonder how much 2.5 mg of zyprexa effects ritalin ... doesnt' seem like too much
