Hi Kristen

Yes I've found that magnesium can help with sleep BUT I've also found it makes it harder for me to get out of bed in the mornings....so the latest I now take my magenesium supplements is around about dinner time (6.00pm to 7.00pm). If I take the magnesium just before I go to bed it becomes a nightmare to get up in the morning.

By the way I was taking 2 tablets of a broad based magnesium supplement that contained almost all the different types of magnesium. Each tablet contained abot 90mg of elemental magnesium

regards
