Really toi soon to tell, But if questions contact your doctor maybe going to 20 mg you might feel better. You may even ask if going with Lexapro and Wellbutrin SR would be better. I was on Zoloft for 6 years and all the way up to 150 mg and it did not really help. I mean it did but not good enough. The combo of Lexapro and Wellbutrin SR for me has been awesome so far and I am going on 3 months. I am currently taking 20 mg of Lexapro and Wellburtin SR 150 mg twice a day.
