Hi Rainee!
You might want to ask your doc about an atypical antipsychotic like Zyprexa, Seroquel, or Risperdal. I take Seroquel at bedtime, and I sleep like a log now! Best of all, I wake up feeling refreshed and not hung-over like I did from Ambien or Klonopin. These drugs are very safe (despite what some others on this board will lead you to believe) and effective, and they are non-habit forming.

Dane =)> I've begun to realize that for many years now I don't get healthy sleep. I get dark circles under my eyes. I don't know what it feels like to get a refreshing night of sleep.. It seems I don't sleep very deep.. Any thoughts on this and how to overcome it?
