It's weird, too, since prozac didn't have any tremor or other motor effects for me (at 40 mg/day). Neither did Effexor.

Fortunutely, I don't seem to be suffering from anything other than the tremor...very mild jaw clenching but not worrisome and controllable with magnesium.

I took a lot of vitamin c and e at the suggestion of another poster and that DID seem to reduce the tremor significantly.

I'd like to try and avoid adding any strong meds to the zoloft, if possible. But, the serzone sounds interesting, because I've also heard that it can help with difficulty orgasming (which I have).

Is serzone sedating? I'm having some real issues with fatigue and lethargy, due to the winter time/weather, and i think also from starting on the zoloft. So, if serzone is sedating, I'll be fucked....I can barely get out of bed some days as it is...

Thanks again...

You could possibly try adding a little (10-20mg/day) of a TCA such as nortriptyline (which has anticholinergic effects that might help), or adding some Neurontin (which possibly could help with bruxism or restless legs), OR adding some Buspar to negate some of the serotonergic effects of the Zoloft that could be contributing to those symptoms, OR adding a benzodiazepine (clonazepam, diazepam), OR try a little Serzone with it to see if that helps with the restlessness-motor aspect of it.
