I just started Abilify today, too. I also have atypical depression- extreme fatigue is my major problem. I've tried a whole bunch of meds- nothing so far has helped- Celexa, Wellbutrin, Effexor, Provigil, Moclobemide, Parnate- no benefits, just side effects from all.
I'm really nervous about starting a neuroleptic agent. But my pdoc says the side effects are not bad and probably less than some other choices (i.e another MAOI). Well, we'll see. I've got nothing to lose at this point; I don't know what else to do anymore.
