>Hi. Yep I take Serzone once a day, and am down to 50 mg's. I have actually timed it to take it late afternoon, around supper, and for some reason it seems to cover most of my waking hours, and I can have sex anytime with usually very little problem. I had to start with 100mg's though, but once a day seemed to be enough. I don't think anymore than 100mg's once a day is needed, and may be too much as it may cause side effects beyond that. I have no problem having sex any time of the day.
