AD and exercise

Okay I may sound really stupid here but I am going to ask anyway. If AD increase seritonin and exercise does the same thing. ( to begin with is this true?) If you take a AD without exercising, but then begin to exercise would you decrease the amount of AD you are taking?
Does this make any sense at all? Or am I totally out there?
