3 weeks not nearly enough. Each successive dosage needs time to work. for example just because you have been on 60mg for 3 months if you raise it to 90mg the 90mg needs time to work -- maybe 4/5/6 weeks. Give it another go. I'm sure a lot of poop-out people don't give it the proper opputunity to work.
