Anyone know an open minded pdoc in the States??!

Hi
I've been reading this board for a couple of years now. Along the way I have picked up some valubable (life saving!) infomation. Thanks Cam, Elizabeth etc..! This is my first post and I have a question to ask...
Can anyone recommend a pdoc in the States that has an open mind re prescribing opiates for Bipolar? :) I live in the UK and need something more than these useless lot dish out over here. Nothing ever works!
