I am switching from risperdal to geodon and, as I have posted before, having a rough time. I am currently on 60 mg of celexa and 15 mg of adderall (was on 1.5 mg of risperdal). I started the geodon about a week ago and I think it's finally starting to kick in but today I feel very agitated (I have unipolar depression, GAD and obsessions). I feel like I can't sit still and my engine is revved really high and I can't tell if I'm anxious (I don't think the geodon has taken full effect yet)or my ADD is worse. I'm just wondering, because I've heard that geodon works similar to an SSRI (and Celexa definitely makes my ADD worse) if it too could worsen my ADD symptoms.
