Hi everyone
I stumbled upon this site looking for information on Lexapro. I was diagnosed with panic disorder 3 years ago. This disorder just hit me one day, and sent me to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack. My Doctor and I have been trying to control it ever since. I was on Paxil 20 mg for 3 years, but the weight gain (25 pounds) has sent me searching for another med. The withdrawl has been terrible. Today I start Lexapro in hopes that it will work as good as the Paxil did. Waiting for a new medication to kick in is a real bummer, but We'll see how it goes. Has anyone switched from paxil to Lexipro? Any feedback would be appreciated.
