I ate a real lot ... had severe carbohydrate cravings. This was a typical day:

Wake up at 4 AM with severe hunger pains. Toss and turn for 2 hours, unable to sleep, still very very hungry. Finally get up at 6 and have a bowl of cereal. Sleep to 7. Get up have a cup of coffee and bagel for breakfast. Severe hunger pains start about 10 AM. Get to lunch about 12 and have a "subway's" sandwich, chips and diet coke. Maybe to the coffee shop after that and have coffee and a brownie. After work, severe hunger pains, maybe buy a 50 cent little debbie brownie. For dinner, some spagetti with salad and diet soda.

I have wondered if some of this is due to the fact that nardil makes my blood sugar low. My finger stick blood glucose is routinely around 70. So maybe this is the body's physiologic way of fighting off hypoglycemia.

So, my portions are too big and too much carbs ... but I have to. I get physical pain without the food. Off the medication, all of that goes away and I lose most of the weight I had gained.
