Really? You really confuse me. According to many sites in the internet it has not shown to be efficive in depression, yet.

..MK 869, a substance P antagonist Merck discontinued for depression indications after Phase II trials.

I was in a trial of MK 869, but discontinued due to heavy dizziness and because it effectivness hasnt been proofed in former trials.

I would be thankful if you post a link to information about this study at the Max Planck Institute.
