Hi!,In retrospect I went up the dose far too slow.
1. I started on 30mg for 5 days - no real probs
2.Then 45mg - 3 days - bad cognitive dysfunction as s/effect
3. Back to 30mg- 2 days - no probs
4. Up to 45mg again - 5 days - no real probs after a few days.
4. Finally, 60mg - Ive been on this now for 4 weeks 1 day.So really I screwed around for 2 weeks at 30/45mg, then 60mg for 4 weeks/1 day.
I know for a fact that I havent experienced half of what Nardil is capable of. And I also know for a fact it's going to blow my mind at 90mg, which is what I'll be on in 3 days.
At 60mg I've 'tasted' it's potential and it has done a bit at this dose. But the fact remains I feel 60mg is ineffective for a lot of folks.
90mg is going to be brilliant. I can feel it in my bones & can barely wait!
