Nardil was a life saver for me, my dx is panic disorder/agoraphobia. It was like a light switch -it turned off all the anxious "what if" thinking that's been buzzing in my head all my life. However, I stopped it's use and switched to Parnate because I couldn't tolerate the weight gain. The weight gain was caused by constant carb craving - I couldn't stop eating! The constant need to eat was actually interfering with my day to day activities. If someone could provide me with a remedy for this side effect I'd go back on it in a heart beat.
