I've been on Remeron 45mg for over 8 months and I do believe I experienced somewhat of a "mixed state" or dysphoric hypomania. (BPAD type II). Although, my pdoc added a low dose Eskalith, 450mg qd it continued. We have gradually lowered the dose 45-30-currently 15mg and I can progressively see my aggitated mood improving the lower we go. hope this helps.
