I am sort of at a stand still. I can take an SSRI and "feel better" and have no sex life -- which for me is very important as it is to my husband -- or I can go on an older tricyclic (ex. Pamelor is the pdoc's suggesiton) or something else -- and long ramp up with weight gain, etc.
There doesn't see a way out .... any suggestions -- I've tried them all the AD's and I, like the pdoc, is at a loss.
We may add T3 to my thyroid treatment -- since it seems that it can make a drastic change in mood -- but I am not too hopeful.
