Hi Tepiaca,
Are you seeing a psychiatrist? There is really no physical test to see if you have a mental illness (anxiety/depression, etc.). A good psychiatrist though will be able to diagnose you and start you on the proper treatment. There IS an exit to all of this other than death. Believe me, I have been in your shoes : )
