Jyl,
As your doctor about Zyprexa, I've been on the same med roller coaster and the one tablet that has kept me going has been Zyprexa. Even if you just take 10mg when you are at your lowest and can't sleep to get you out of the rut.
I also lose weight and sleep when depressed and the Zyprexa makes me eat again and puts me out like a light.
