shaking all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

will it stop>
its hard to move on with things(just left hospital)when i am so shakey.
been on new meds eltroxin-wellbutrin-seroquel
for a week.
do i shake from the new meds(its never been a problem)or abruptly stopping effexor 150mg.
does anyone have any home remedies that can help?
feel like an idiot and have no conrol.
