Nov. 8, 2002I've been experimenting with dropping a third of
my dose of lithium every 6th or 7th day--JUST
FOR THAT DAY, because of the daily a.m. diarrhea (sometimes 3 x for
the past three years now), and other side effects. It has worked in the past
3 tries, but today at 4:30, i started feeling very funny -- my head felt even
hotter than usual, and i started to get jittery - spooked,
and therefore took the 2nd lithium of the day and will
take the prescribed third at night; the experiment
today is scrapped.This is such a pain; sick with lithium and sick without it;
