Thanks so much for that, Larry. It seems that SJW is still in its infancy as an antidepressant and anxiolytic, so it's hard to find any complete answers. However,reading those studies really helped. I will also look into the betaine and l-phenylalanine as potential stimulants.

So far I like effects of SJW. Looks like I'll have to search for another form of birth control!
