Profoundly.
It was actually impractical I was always washing my clothes. I thought I had a fever a lot of the time. It was the most noticiable mid-cycle for me and it is a fairly common side-effect.
I used to put peppermint oil in my body lotion just for the cooling effect, it helped especially at night, sometimes though I'd alternate between being intolerably hot to shivering.
After 4 years It did stop, I have no idea why, after that length of time though.
