i so forgot to take my pill. coming down latsnight was horrible. i was cranky and all i wanted to do since then is sleep. my head hurts and i got severe paranoia. i was scared to be anywhere so i ended up sleeping beside an old friend so i could have someone to cuddle with me till i fell asleep and talk to me.. he had 3 hours of sleep before a 15 hour work day
