Jane,

My expectation of the medicine (at this time) would be 5mg Lexapro=10mg of Celexa, and you would probably be less tired on it because the R-isomer (in Celexa) has much more affinity for H1 histamine receptors than Lexapro (the S-isomer). If you are sensitive to adverse effects from antihistamines, you might be happier with Lexapro. I am real sensitive to antihistamine grogginess.
