Oracle,
While that is true of some, I've been on 6 different AD's in my lifetime and never had weight gain until Effexor. And women in my family tend to gain weight in chest, arms and thighs...never belly.
This weight gain is definitely different. I had to buy maternity clothes because I looked 3-4 months pregnant. My doctors were mystified. I've found a few other accounts online of this weird phenom, wonder if anyone else here experienced it.
