Welcome to the world of HMO's. I guess no one reads
the thick policy info one gets when they sign on.
A HMO shares it's info with almost everyone. This is why
most pdoc's put as little as possible in the file.

However, I would fight over this part:
"and employer"

I think work does not need all the info. I would
only want to sign a release for specific info, on a case
by case basis.
