Concerta is a stimulant right? ritalin/methylphenidate?
i would probably want to go off that, then take the parnate.. and if the stimulant effects of parnate aren't sufficient, perhaps add the concerta back in SLOWLY and under a doctor's supervision ....

> Also, from the little I know, it seems the main culprit of drug interactions with MAOI's and AD's are SSRI's.

the main culprit perhaps, but not the only one ...

>and dairy products, but what CAN I eat? I mean, what's a good, fast, easy food source that I can eat? Mind you, I'm 220lbs and a powerlifter. I eat 6 meals a day, and peanuts just won't cut

well i pretty much eat anything, but i'd pour my own soy sauce if i went to a chinese restaurant, and if i ordered pizza i wouldn't go for any gourmet cheeses ...

really the only inconvenience i find is cutting out alcohol, though i do that on any medication

>it. Is pasta ok? Can I drink supermarket milk or do I need to drink it straight from the udder?

unless the pasta uses aged cheese, it should be okay ....
of course you can drink milk

> What is out there that tastes good, is loaded with calories and protein, and practical?

ice cream ?

i eat everything except
alcohol
marmite/yeast
aged cheese
bad soy sauce/soy bean products (soy milk is ok)

if you are a powerlifter, you might want to look into whether or not whey protein is okay, ...

the diet is definately something to take seriously, but i really don't find it to be an inconvenience at all -- nowhere near as bad as such horrible inconveniences as eating healthy or (gasp) having to brush my teeth 2 - 3 times a day

... oh and btw i am a very very serious weightlifter and martial artist.. and at first i was somewhat frustrated that dizziness got in the way of my workouts.... but that soon went away 100% --- and even while it was a problem, i was able to workout by scheduling my dosing
