Question for ED.....vitamins, etc?

Hi Ed,

Since I'm taking Omega3s now I just purchased a multi-vitamin, vitamin C, and vitamin E. For the multi-vitamin, I got TwinLabs Daily One Caps which is a high potency multi-vitamin. I've been taking a B-Complex (TwinLabs B-50 twice a day). Now that I'm taking this high potency multi-vitamin should I stop taking the B-complex? Also, both have amounts of insitol in them and I'm concerned how this might relate to my bipolar disorder (I haven't noticed any ill effects). Any advice is much appreciated.
