That is a large dose of Zoloft. You definitely need to taper. I wouldn't make any drastic changes for at least a week, maybe even two weeks. You could decrease the dosage a small portion of the way every 2-3 days; that's just too much Zoloft to switch over to the Wellbutrin and not experience withdrawal symptoms. You're just going to have to feel it out.
